The concept of management throughout the history and the development of related theories have taken its place in the current literature as a result of the effects of many different variables and their interaction with each other. The variables classified in economic, military, technological, cultural, social, legal and similar local, national and international dimensions have triggered change in certain events and periods in the historical process. Along with international and global changes and developments such as Industrial Revolution, World Wars; developments in production technologies and methods, changes and developments in communication technologies and tools, regulations and practices in the fields of international relations and law has shown its effects directly or indirectly, in the formation of the framework of today's management concept. In addition to the effect of change on all concepts and phenomena in the social sciences as a non-negligible factor is accepted, especially in recent years, the increasing speed of change and its effects have been relatively more remarkable compared to previous periods and in the process of globalization it becomes even more prominent within the context of globalization. In the digital age, which started with globalization, the change and transformation experienced in all dimensions of human beings in the social sciences have enriched the relatively increasing importance and differentiated demands of the individual. In this regard, in this context, the individual has become much more important than the previous periods, both within the production systems and as the main player in consumption. This relative importance has led to the widespread use of internet and social media and the inclusion of many individual-focused approaches in different fields of scientific writing. In sectoral applications and scientific studies, the analysis of individual's decision-making mechanisms and behavioral processes, self-management and perception management are examined as internal and external factors in various sub-dimensions. The fact that all processes related to the self-management of the individual give different results as emotions, thoughts, values and behaviors and the resolution of the managerial decisions on these issues constitute a source for the important decisions and processes of the corporate and strategic management. One of the main reasons underlying the fact that firms place the individual at the center of the work carried out in the process of determining their strategies is that the individual has an active role in many different areas such as both managing and ruled, both producer and consumer, and has the potential to share these different roles effectively and efficiently in communication channels and media. This process provides the basis for increasing the self-centered perception of the individual. Not only firms but all institutions and organizations need to take into account individual factors such as changing attitudes, behaviors and perceptions of individuals in decisions and activities on good governance, strategic management and sustainable growth.
